Brooke has lived in Rosedale her entire life! She attended Branksome Hall from 2003–2009 and graduated with High Honours. Brooke also received her Bachelor’s Degree from McGill University (2009–2013).
From a career perspective, Brooke always knew she wanted to be involved in the real estate business. At Branksome Hall’s career class, Brooke stood up and declared to her classmates that she was going to be a real estate agent. A standardized career questionnaire also matched her with real estate sales. The die was cast!
Much of her interest in real estate was nurtured by a long-standing family tradition of real estate investment and ownership.
After four years at McGill University, Brooke returned to Toronto and began her pursuit of a career in real estate. She spent a year working in condominium pre-construction sales where she gained valuable experience and insight as an administrative assistant. In that same year, she enrolled in the licensing course and received her real estate license.
As Brooke’s interest in real estate continued to develop, she couldn’t help but notice that Chestnut Park listings were dominant in Rosedale and in the surrounding midtown neighbourhoods. It was clear to her that based on its outstanding reputation and commitment to excellence, Chestnut Park was the firm for her!
Brooke was thrilled when she was welcomed to Chestnut Park. She immediately joined the team of Douglas Gubitz and Susan Conacher and has been with them since August 2014. Brooke has gained tremendous experience having managed a very significant volume of listings and buyers.
Brooke is extremely dedicated, efficient and client-focused. She upholds a very high standard of professionalism and integrity.
Brooke thrives in this high pressure, fast-paced profession… and she loves it.
